You will accelerate Acxiom’s transformation to deliver marketing solutions on industry-leading cloud platforms such as AWS, Google, Snowflake, and Databricks. You will be part of multidisciplinary teams comprising of architects, engineers, developers, and analysts to design and develop data, analytics, and AI solutions. Operating in a client-facing role, you will lead the programs to modernize Acxiom’s solutions and migrate them to the cloud. You will play a critical role in the end-to-end lifecycle of the initiative, from high-level vision to full-scale turnkey delivery of the solution to the clients. This high-impact individual contributor role requires a blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and operational acumen to drive business results and foster client success. 
*This role can be located almost anywhere in the U.S.

What You Will Have:

  • Lead the program management of multi-functional, large-scale cloud modernization projects, covering program planning, solution delivery, tracking and reporting, and risk and mitigation planning.
  • Define and implement the overall governance model for solution delivery and establish a cadence to manage and track the ongoing delivery.
  • Identify, assess and manage the risks, issues, and actions and regularly track them to meet the expected outcomes and timelines, building mitigation plans as the program evolves.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders both internal and external to track and manage solution delivery.
  • Serve as an escalation point for day-to-day program management issue resolution and risk management to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure a clear understanding of client objectives, timelines, and budgets, aligning program deliverables with their strategic goals.
  • Scale global operations effectively, with a particular focus on enhancing offshore capabilities and processes.
  • Consult with architects and engineers on project planning and future state enhancements/road mapping.  
  • Engage directly in resolving client issues, ensuring a hands-on approach to maintain client satisfaction and trust.
  • Mentor project managers and team members, fostering the development of technical expertise, communication proficiency, and interpersonal skills.
  • Build and nurture strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving collaboration to achieve program objectives.

What You Will Do:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field is required
  • 12+ years of experience in program management, client services or management consulting
  • Proven track record of delivering marketing-related digital transformation projects to customers (e.g., cloud migrations for marketing databases, customer data platforms, and analytics)
  • Experience leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams and customer bases and collaborating with third-party systems integrators to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in strong quantitative assessment, decision-making, and prioritization skills
  • High-level knowledge of the broader Cloud marketplace and the differentiators of various cloud offerings, esp. Snowflake and/or Databricks
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud and IT technology space
  • Extensive experience of Agile and DevOps culture within multidisciplinary teams
  • Prior experience in delivering near real-time, event-driven data applications   
  • Ability to grasp the big picture and develop a roadmap for operationalization  
  • Skilled at moderating and driving strategic discussions toward practical, impactful outcomes and roadmaps
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
