The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Director, Customer Reporting & Insights to define, scale, and elevate Omada’s customer-facing analytics and reporting function. This leader will set the strategic vision for how Omada demonstrates measurable value to its customers—translating data into insight, insight into story, and story into renewed partnership and growth.

This role sits at the intersection of data, storytelling, and strategy. The Senior Director will oversee both a data analytics team and a product marketer, driving the design and delivery of Omada’s customer reporting experience—from standardized dashboards to high-touch executive deliverables for strategic clients.

You will play a critical role in showcasing Omada’s differentiated impact across outcomes, engagement, and ROI—ensuring our insights not only inform but inspire our customers.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute the enterprise vision for Omada’s customer reporting strategy ensuring alignment with business priorities, customer expectations, and evolving healthcare market needs.Define a scalable framework for delivering customer-facing metrics, balancing standardization with flexibility for strategic accounts.Establish reporting as a core differentiator in renewal, upsell, and partnership conversations with customers.

Client Reporting & Analytics

  • Oversee design, development, and delivery of all customer-facing reports and dashboards.
  • Ensuse data accuracy, consistency, and storytelling excellence across all outputs.
  • Build and manage a professional services reporting model for Omada’s largest clients, while maintaining an efficient, automated foundation for the broader customer base.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Clinical, Product, Customer Success, Data Science, and Sales leaders to align reporting strategy with company goals.
  • Collaborate with Product and BI teams to continuously enhance the tools, data pipelines, and visualization platforms that power reporting.
  • Navigate complex contractual and outcomes-based reporting requirements with Legal and Finance teams.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales leadership to position reporting as a key driver of renewals, upsells, and strategic partnerships.

People Leadership & Development

  • Build and lead a multidisciplinary team spanning data analytics, reporting operations, and product marketing.
  • Define team structure, roles, and professional development paths to support scalability and innovation.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, excellence, and impact.

Storytelling & Differentiation

  • Translate clinical, behavioral, and business data into compelling narratives that showcase Omada’s value and impact for our customers.
  • Partner with marketing and communications teams to align data storytelling with Omada’s brand and competitive positioning.
  • Equip Customer Success and Sales with executive-ready insights that strengthen renewal and expansion opportunities.
  • Use comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape to inform the development of best in class client reporting illustrating Omada’s differentiated impact.

Advance Analytics, Intelligence, & Scale

  • Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, and Product leadership to continuously enhance pipelines, platforms, and tools that power customer-facing reporting.
  • Drive automation, scalability, and data quality to support consistent, reliable delivery of insights.
  • Identify opportunities to evolve reporting into predictive and prescriptive analytics that inform customer strategy.
About YouExperience & Background
  • 15+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or healthcare reporting, with 8+ years leading at the Director/Senior Director level.
  • Energized by the opportunity to build out Customer Reporting and Analytics as a function.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare contracts, billing models, and B2B2C dynamics, with proven success supporting enterprise-level customers.
  • Track record of designing, scaling, and leading reporting functions that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Skilled at shaping data-driven narratives for C-suite and senior executives.
  • Expertise in BI and visualization platforms (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and their integration into customer-facing environments.
  • Exceptional people leadership with experience building multi-level teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders at scale.
  • Strategic, customer-focused mindset with outstanding communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:

California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $220,800 - $276,000*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $211,200 - $264,000*. Other states may vary.

This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants. 

*The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience, and other business considerations.
