- Oversee and evolve scalable design systems that support Circle's brand architecture, including USDC and new sub-brands.
- Deliver creative that resonates with global enterprises, developers, end users, and policy stakeholders across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C surfaces.
- Define and activate differentiated brand narratives and design strategies to position Circle distinctly in the market.
- Integrate cultural insights and regional nuance-especially across LATAM and APAC-into brand creative and messaging.
- Drive adoption of AI-native tools and workflows to enhance design, content, and production efficiency.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Comms, Legal, and Web to deliver cohesive, compliant, and high-craft creative at scale.
What you'll bring to Circle:
Core Requirements
- 13+ years of experience in creative, brand, or design leadership roles, with exposure to regulated or infrastructure-heavy industries.
- 7+ years of experience leading high-performing, multi-disciplinary creative teams.
- Proven ability to scale and activate global brands across North America, LATAM, and APAC markets.
- Experience leading creative that spans B2B, B2C, and B2B2C surfaces across digital and physical environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in building and evolving brand identity systems and campaign frameworks.
- Strong ability to operate across strategic, creative, and operational layers of execution.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience embedding generative AI or automation tools into creative workflows and production pipelines.
- Background in fintech, crypto, financial services, or similarly complex domains.
- Proven track record of shaping brand perception across both commercial and regulatory audiences
