We are Experts in Mobile Threat Hunting. The first mobile threat hunting company to protect mobile devices like any other vulnerable corporate endpoint.
The mobile security market has a problem. Simply put, current solutions fail to meet the sophistication of modern threats or the growing privacy desires of mobile device users. We believe that it is time for something new. Not only because we care deeply about the safety of frontline users like journalists and activists - many of whom are doing important and often dangerous work - but because enterprises and consumers deserve real protection from advanced mobile threats without sacrificing privacy.
We are building the first mobile threat hunting company to harmonize security and privacy in the face of a new class of mobile threats. Supported by some of the most well-respected VC firms, we aim to become the go-to mobile security solution for individuals who want to know they can trust their devices with their most sensitive information – without sacrificing privacy.
About the RoleWe are building a modern, customer-led go-to-market engine for a complex B2B buying environment. Our buyers are multi-threaded, risk-aware, and expect relevance at every interaction. Growth here is driven by precision, orchestration, and a deep understanding of customer needs.
We’re looking for a Senior Director, ABX & Growth Marketing to activate and scale our account-based growth motion across the full customer lifecycle, from first signal to expansion and advocacy. Our ICP and target account list are already defined; this role is about turning that focus into consistent, measurable revenue impact.
This is a senior, high-impact role for a leader who is forward-thinking, modern in their approach to growth, and deeply customer-obsessed, someone who builds durable systems, not one-off campaigns.
This is a remote-first role, with a strong preference for candidates based on the U.S. East Coast to support collaboration across teams.
What You’ll OwnAccount-Based Growth & Revenue ImpactOwn and scale the company’s ABX strategy across a defined ICP and named account list
Design and execute repeatable ABX plays that drive buying-group engagement, pipeline creation, deal velocity, and expansion
Partner closely with sales & revenue stakeholders on account planning, sequencing, and engagement strategy
Translate deep customer insight into growth programs and advocacy initiatives that increase trust and deal momentum
Help plan and execute the company’s first customer, prospect, and community event
Help build and scale customer advocacy initiatives (champions, references, stories, peer validation) that increase trust, credibility, and deal momentum
Own ABX and growth performance reporting across engagement, pipeline, velocity, and revenue impact
Define success metrics at the account and buying-group level and continuously optimize for conversion quality and time-to-revenue
Own hands-on configuration and optimization of the growth stack including HubSpot (CRM and marketing automation), Tiga AI (account intelligence and signals), and Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion for collaboration and documentation
Design and maintain workflows for account scoring, intent signals, and lifecycle stages
Partner with RevOps to ensure data quality, attribution clarity, and scalable processes
This is a player-coach role requiring hands-on execution alongside strategic leadership.
8–12+ years in B2B growth, ABX/ABM, or revenue marketing roles within complex, multi-stakeholder buying environments
Direct ownership of named-account growth programs with measurable impact on pipeline creation, deal velocity, and/or expansion
Hands-on experience designing, launching, and iterating ABX plays across the full customer lifecycle (not just managing teams or agencies)
Strong analytical judgment: able to define success metrics, diagnose underperformance, and make trade-offs based on impact
Track record of partnering closely with Sales and RevOps to align growth programs with revenue outcomes
Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or other high-consideration B2B markets
Hands-on experience with HubSpot and modern ABX or signal platforms
Experience partnering closely with RevOps, Customer Success, or Product leadership
Experience building or scaling customer advocacy or champion programs
