Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Digital Strategist with a strong background as a User Experience (UX) leader and practitioner, with a proven track record of leading and driving large-scale digital projects.
This individual contributor role will lead cross-functional, client-facing project teams to envision, document, and advocate for ROI-driven customer experiences. You will define best-in-class, human-centric digital strategies for some of the world’s top brands implementing solutions in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Workfront.
The ideal candidate is highly proactive, strategic, and passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences, balancing user needs with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive sophisticated cross-functional teams toward clear, efficient, and accountable decision-making that delivers measurable customer value.
  • Demonstrate executive presence and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire senior client stakeholders.
  • Translate complex client findings into strategic presentations and recommendations appropriate for all levels of leadership.
  • Lead discovery, research, and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and prescriptive design recommendations.
  • Develop strategies and experiences across:
    • User research
    • Information architecture
    • Front-end and interaction design
    • Information and visual design
    • Usability testing
  • Create customer engagement artifacts, including:
    • UX Benchmarking Reports
    • Personas and Journey Maps
    • Information Architectures
    • Wireframes, Templates, and Component Designs
    • Prototypes
  • Contribute to the evolution of UX practices, including developing reusable design libraries, cross-training team members, and mentoring colleagues.
  • Collaborate closely with AEM technical teams to problem-solve quickly during the development lifecycle.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 6+ years of progressive experience in diagnosing and solving UX and customer experience challenges.
  • Experience with a leading technology company, digital consultancy, or strategy organization.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and content management workflows.
  • Hands-on expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable UX tools; Adobe Marketing Cloud experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with iterative delivery.
  • Willingness to travel based on client needs (with considerations for remote and hybrid flexibility).
