About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and customer-obsessed Value Realization Principal Consultant to join our Value Realization team. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in ambiguity, brings a strong executive presence, and is passionate about driving measurable impact through digital customer experience strategies.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, develop value measurement frameworks, and guide customers through integrated Adobe solution journeys that deliver tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, driving customer value realization across Adobe’s Digital Experience stack.
  • Develop and implement strategies for value measurement, use case prioritization, and long-term planning.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment to deliver customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify needs, define success metrics, and build tailored programs that drive retention and growth.
  • Evaluate and quantify opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction, and customer experience improvement.
  • Mentor and coach team members on value realization best practices and frameworks.
What You Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in value measurement, business modeling, or digital customer experience strategy.
  • 5+ years in a top-tier management or digital consulting firm.
  • Proven success delivering programs using Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Experience Manager, Workfront, or related tools.
  • Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence CxO-level stakeholders.
  • Experience navigating complex customer organizations and leading strategic conversations.
  • MBA preferred.
