About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, campaign management, lead scoring and sales collaboration. This role is critical in driving our digital marketing efforts, strategizing, and automating messaging to effectively target prospects at various stages of the sales funnel.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform and optimize marketing strategies
  • Plan, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email and content marketing
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement lead scoring models to prioritize and qualify leads based on engagement and behavior
  • Create and execute lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel and increase conversion rates
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing and sales strategies, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Develop and automate targeted messaging that addresses the needs of prospects at different stages of the sales funnel
  • Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline and enhance marketing and sales processes
  • Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts
  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, lead generation and ROI
  • Strategize and manage company websites, microsites, and landing pages to optimize user experience and conversion rates

Skills needed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and sales collaboration
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with data and analytics, and ideally has experience using Salesforce, Power BI, or a similar CRM or data visualization tool.
