You'll also steward in-product localization efforts, optimizing workflows for localized experiences, and represent product management on company-wide localization efforts. Success requires a blend of strategic thinking and both technical and tactical execution skills, including leading implementations of new features, testing functionality, and validating changes within product management and localization tools like Pendo, Jira Product Discovery, Smartling, etc. You should be adept at solving ambiguous problems and bridging the gap between strategy and execution.

You'll Get To:
Digital Experience Tool Management & Optimization
- Lead the implementation, administration, and configuration of digital experience tools (e.g., Pendo) to support the rollout of new features and functionality, aligning with evolving business needs.
- Oversee and evolve the Pendo Center of Excellence, ensuring consistent testing, governance, stakeholder collaboration, and adoption across teams; drive improvements to internal processes for tool governance, tagging, guide creation, and analytics interpretation.
- Use data and insights from Pendo and customer feedback to influence product roadmaps and drive actionable enablement strategies; design and lead structured beta programs for new in-app messaging, feature guides, and analytics-ensuring clear feedback loops and business impact measurement.
In-Product Localization Strategy & Execution
- Partner with Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Experience to evaluate and improve tooling, optimize workflows and processes for localizing product content, in-product experiences, and user interfaces to address global customer needs.
- Help define and implement product localization best practices from internationalization readiness through translation QA.
- Partner with product managers, engineering, design, and content teams to ensure localization requirements are integrated into the product development lifecycle.
- Act as the lead Product representative to influence broader localization strategy, helping shape scalable approaches to translation management and product globalization.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training, and success metrics for localization efforts across the product organization.
- Establish and execute quality assurance processes to validate the accuracy, consistency, and cultural appropriateness of localized digital experiences.
Strategic Leadership & Advocacy
- Contribute to the overall digital experience strategy, ensuring alignment with product goals and customer needs.
- Effectively communicate and advocate for digital experience and localization best practices to diverse audiences, including senior leadership, product management, engineering, customer teams, and other stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and address complex challenges related to digital experience and localization, aligning with industry trends to propose and implement new methodologies and process improvements.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in a customer experience, product management, user experience, localization, or related role within a SaaS company.
- Proven ability to drive the implementation and optimization of digital experience tools (e.g., Pendo, Heap, WalkMe, etc.).
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices.
- Experience with localization processes, tools (e.g., Smartling, Mother Tongue, etc.), and workflows.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to convey solutions to technical & non-technical audiences
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
