Location: Remote: Candidates must be based in the Eastern Time Zone

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead all aspects of the virtual event lifecycle, from initial content strategy and scheduling to post-event analysis. This includes managing timelines, logistics, and deadlines to ensure a seamless experience.

  • Manage the technical logistics of event platforms for webinars and virtual events.

  • Develop and maintain virtual event webpages to provide attendees with a central hub for information.

  • Plan, execute, and oversee AuditBoard’s Audit & Beyond virtual user conference and virtual NOW events.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging and a cohesive attendee experience.

  • Manage speaker relationships and all presentation logistics for webinars and virtual events.

  • Measure and report on performance, providing strategic recommendations based on attendee feedback and industry trends.

  • Oversee, enable, and train other teams to run their own webinar programs and ensure that guidelines are being followed.

  • Oversee, train, and mentor associates as needed to help elevate the skills of the events team.

Attributes for a Successful Candidate (Please list 5-6 must-have qualifications here)

  • BS/BA in Marketing or a related field

  • 4+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in event marketing, demand generation, or sales enablement

  • Preferred experience using webinar/virtual event platforms such as ON24

  • Proven experience carrying out event marketing campaigns including webinars, emails, and social media

  • Experience leading and managing integrated event marketing plans across cross-functional teams

  • Self-starter and quick learner; demonstrated independence and autonomy in a high-performing work environment

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong work ethic and sharp logistics management skills

  • Experience in working within Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Google Drive

  • Travel and some work on weekends or after hours may be required
