What you can expect
We are looking for a creative and strategic Senior Visual/UX Web Designer. This is to help shape the digital presence of Zoom and support our diverse and global user base. In this role, you will lead large-scale web design projects, ensuring that every visual element enhances accessibility, user experience, and business impact. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, engineering, product, and leadership. This would be to create engaging, inclusive, and user-friendly designs across web pages, mobile experiences, landing pages, digital campaigns, and UI components.

Responsibilities
Leading the ideation, design, and execution of visually compelling, brand-aligned digital experiences across Zoom’s web ecosystem.
-Maintain and evolve Zoom’s web design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability across all digital assets.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design engaging web pages, feature launches, A/B tests, and personalized experiences that optimize user engagement and conversion rates.
Advocate for and implement best practices in responsive design, accessibility (ADA compliance), and UX/UI principles to improve usability for all users.
Manage design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring efficient feedback loops and a high standard of execution.
Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff, optimizing designs for performance, scalability, and accessibility.
Create marketing materials and digital assets that effectively communicate Zoom’s value propositions and drive business growth.
Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing innovative ideas to enhance the design and functionality of Zoom’s digital ecosystem.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
What we’re looking for
Further education in Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Vast experience in visual/web design, with a portfolio showcasing digital work for high-profile brands, SaaS, or tech companies.
Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Solid understanding of HTML/CSS, modern web technologies, and best practices for design-to-development collaboration.
Experience using data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, and analytics to inform design choices.
Knowledge of responsive design, inclusive design principles, and scalable design systems.
Excellent visual storytelling skills with a deep understanding of branding, typography, layout, and user psychology.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a sense of ownership.
Ability to communicate design rationale effectively and present work to stakeholders at all levels.
Passion for innovation, diversity, and contributing to a world-class marketing team.
Experience working in high-tech, SaaS, or enterprise software environments is advantageous.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$98 900,00Maximum:
$228 700,00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
