At NVIDIA, we’re solving the world’s most ambitious problems within our accelerated computing cloud platform division, DGX Cloud! We’re looking for hard-working, customer facing individuals, with AI expertise in the areas of deep learning, model training, and inference workloads. We call this role developer relations. Evangelizing and engaging with ISV partners and customers to help them embrace the DGX Cloud platform, while gathering feedback and learnings along the way. This is what this role is all about! You’ll do this by getting into the ecosystem, attending conferences, holding meetups, and building a network of influencers. The DGX Cloud DevRel organization is a small, strong, and visible group both inside and outside of NVIDIA and for that we need a self-starting leader to continue to grow this area.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and develop ISV strategy with cross functional teams, including Product and Engineering. Identify areas of collaboration and complimentary technologies.

  • Evangelize and engage with developers to encourage the use of the DGX Cloud platform.

  • Participate in customer conversations and information gathering sessions

  • Provide direction to the product team and address any feature gaps.

  • Develop and implement go-to-market efforts with strategic ISVs, including identifying lighthouse accounts and developing solution messaging.

  • Build formal or informal programs to recruit developers.

  • Develop success stories, advise on demos for trade shows and developer conferences, create assets for social media programs and other assets that raise awareness to press, mutual customers and business partners.

  • Research technology and market trends, including identifying gaps and competitive threats.

  • Help with hosting developer and customer evangelism events: meetups, hackathons, and speak at relevant industry events.

  • Build effective technical partnerships between organizations.

  • Clearly communicate complex technical information to senior executives.

  • Create sales and marketing assets with developers.

  • Able to work independently and know when to seek advice to improve productivity.

What we need to see:

  • Minimum of 12+ years of proven working experience in related fields such as Technology Program/project Management

  • Experience in customer facing roles 

  • AI model training and/or fine tuning experience 

  • Experience using various MLOps or AI lifecycle tools

  • Prior experience being a leader in cross functional teams

  • BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

  • Passion for ecosystem development

  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to be proactive and work with minimal supervision

  • Good project management and organizational skills

  • Experience working in a global environment

The base salary range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
