CUSTOMER

Our Customer is a leading cybersecurity company that develops advanced security solutions integrating AI-driven anomaly detection. The platform serves compliance-heavy industries such as finance, healthcare, and government, delivering autonomous governance, real-time operational enforcement, and protection of high-value information assets. The company is recognized for its innovative approach to safeguarding both digital and operational environments, ensuring resilience against evolving threats.

PROJECT

This project focuses on delivering comprehensive visibility and autonomous governance over dynamic execution patterns. It enforces real-time operational protocols to protect high-value information assets and neutralize systemic anomalies. You will work on scalable architectures, rapid prototypes, and high-security systems in a fast-paced environment to ensure reliability and performance.

Job Description

  • Architect, scale, and maintain self-managed Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, and MongoDB clusters
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design resilient architectures for high-scale, real-time cloud operations
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks and security risks, implementing robust solutions with minimal supervision
  • Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for distributed systems through Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD best practices
  • Optimize performance and reliability of cloud-native systems, focusing on observability and automated recovery processes
  • Mentor team members and contribute to DevOps knowledge-sharing across the organization

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer in high-traffic, real-time environments
  • Good knowledge of Google Cloud Platform
  • Production-level expertise in Elasticsearch/OpenSearch
  • Proficiency in managing self-managed deployments of Kafka, Redis, or MongoDB
  • Proven track record with Infrastructure-as-Code and modern CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiar with Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in scripting languages
  • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English

WILL BE A PLUS:

  • Experience with PostgreSQL or Pulumi
  • Familiarity with additional security compliance frameworks relevant to finance, healthcare, or government sectors
  • Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Datadog, and Loki
  • Contributions to open-source DevOps or security tools
