Direct Reports WooCommerce Team
Mission of the Role/Position: To lead the PHP/WooCommerce team as senior engineer and architect.
Accountabilities:
1 Delivering quality code, regularly and on-time
2 Delivering feedback to team members and reporting issues to PM team
3 Articulate technical complexities to non-technical team members and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and effective collaboration.
4 Architecting web solutions. Design systems that are maintainable, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
Requirements
Skills Required:
1 Expert level full LAMP stack (Linux, Apache(NGINX), MySQL, PHP)
2 Expert level at performance tuning MySQL Queries
3 Considerable knowledge with React
4 Highly Competent in PHP: Your expertise in PHP is not just about years of experience but the depth of understanding. You’ve mastered the nuances and can craft clean, efficient, and robust code.
5 Considerable knowledge with Laravel
6 Strong Architectural Insight: You’re skilled in architecting web solutions. You understand how to design systems that are maintainable, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
7 Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment, contributing to team discussions, and valuing diverse perspectives.
8 Mentorship Abilities: You’re keen on sharing your knowledge and experience, guiding junior developers, and nurturing a learning environment within the team.
