Overview:


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Designer to join our in-house creative team. Reporting directly to the Art Director, this role will play a key part in executing

high-performing creative assets across digital, ecommerce, social, and print channels. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment and is passionate about delivering design work that not only looks great—but drives results.


This is a hands-on role, perfect for a designer who enjoys creative collaboration and has a strong understanding of digital-first, Direct to Consumer marketing. You’ll support a wide variety of brand and campaign initiatives across Ideal Living’s portfolio.



What You’ll Do:

  • Design and produce performance-driven digital and print assets, including landing pages, email campaigns, paid media (display and social ads), e-commerce graphics, packaging, infographics, and more.
  • Partner closely with the Art Director, brand, and channel teams to translate creative strategy into compelling, conversion-oriented design.
  • Create visual content that aligns with brand identity and maintains consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Collaborate in conceptual development and design ideation, contributing to the evolution of campaign creative.
  • Oversee and mentor junior designers as needed, helping manage project timelines and creative output.
  • Assist with photo asset creation for social media, including layout, styling, and
  • Provide image retouching, color correction, and production-ready file preparation as
  • Maintain and evolve brand style guides and design systems across digital and print
  • Stay up to date with industry design trends, tools, and competitive activity to continually enhance creative work.
  • Use performance insights (e.g., engagement, conversion) to iterate and optimize creative designs.



What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic and digital design, preferably in Direct to Consumer, ecommerce, or health & wellness sectors.
  • A strong, versatile portfolio showcasing a wide range of digital and print
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma is a must.
  • Experience with io, Klaviyo, and working on Amazon storefronts or ecommerce platforms is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of responsive design, user experience, and visual
  • Familiarity with Asana or other project management
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative
