THE ROLE 📝 

We’re looking for a creative Senior designer to join our Marketing team and take ownership of our visual identity across all channels. You’ll lead our creative direction, develop impactful campaign visuals, and ensure consistency across our digital touchpoints and branded assets. 

You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality design work that supports our ambitious growth goals. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Act as the brand guardian for Form3’s visual identity and tone across all channels and campaigns 
  • Creative development of design assets for digital and print campaigns including website, social, events, video, podcasts, reports 
  • Own and evolve the Form3 website and its visual presentation in collaboration with key stakeholders 
  • Drive visual storytelling through video, motion design, and dynamic content 
  • Manage relationships with external agencies (e.g. video editors, animators) 
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to team members, supporting their development 
  • Collaborate closely with the wider Marketing team to align visual work with campaign objectives

WE’RE LOOKING FOR 🔍 

Essential

  • A minimum of 3+ years experience in design roles, ideally in a Finance environment
  • Hands-on design expertise with a strong, diverse portfolio
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Premiere Pro
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
  • Ability to work within and evolve brand guidelines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills 

Desirable

  • Experience working in fast-growth tech or agency environment  
  • Familiarity with video production  
  • UX/UI or website design experience
  • Experience commissioning and working with external creative partners
