As a Senior Designer, you'll create visual content, design systems, and marketing materials, while driving brand vision across various formats and collaborating with teams.

As a Senior Designer, you’ll deliver modern, well-crafted, world-class design solutions to elevate our presence in the market as the global leader in TV, web and AI-empowered data. You will be empowered to voice your creative expertise while cross-collaborating with various stakeholders on Marketing, Sales, Product, and other teams. You’ll be hands-on creative with strong conceptual thinking, sharp attention to detail, and the technical expertise to raise the bar on every project.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop high-impact visual content across print and digital formats, including campaigns, social assets, web design, event branding, and demand generation materials.
- Apply advanced proficiency in design tools—especially Figma—to maintain, evolve, and scale our design systems and creative workflows.
- Design incredible presentations and sales materials; rich in detail and other high-level design elements
- Leverage AI-based tools to accelerate ideation, streamline production, and enhance creative output.
- Execute multiple projects at once, efficiently meeting deadlines
- Demonstrate a good understanding of the brand’s needs to drive purposeful creative solutions
- Follow creative direction, work in a group dynamic, and actively participate on any given project or team to which assigned
- Translate complex data insights into clear, engaging visual narratives using advanced data visualization techniques.
- Stay ahead of design trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices to bring fresh thinking to the team.
- Explore motion design, interactive experiences, and new formats to push creative boundaries.
WHO YOU ARE
- 5+ years of design experience
- 4-year degree (fine or graphic arts degree a plus)
- A great design portfolio demonstrating strong strategic conceptual thinking, exceptional visual storytelling and creative problem solving
- Proven experience developing brand and marketing creative across digital, social, video, and experiential formats.
- Excellent skills in Figma & Adobe Creative Cloud
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Strong conceptual ability, along with expert design and layout skill
- Strong data visualization design skills
- Self-starter and well-organized
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Positive Attitude; receptive to creative direction and design feedback
- Strong communication skills and experience integrating feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Branding design experience
- PowerPoint and Google Slides experience a plusXD/Sketch application experience is a plus
- Experience or knowledge in Webflow a plus
- Experience designing for social formats
- Proficiency with video editing and/or motion design is a plus
- Thrive in a fast-changing work environment
- A passion for creativity
