Be an Early Applicant
Lead end-to-end digital product design for GM Commercial Fleet across mobile web, iOS, Android, tablets, and desktop web. Collaborate with product, engineering, research, content, business, and leadership teams while championing accessible, inclusive, human-centered design.
Description
Work Arrangement
This role is hybrid in Austin TX, or Warren MI. Employees who live within 50 miles of a GM hub are expected to work from the office three days per week. Remote candidates may be considered based on role requirements.
The Role
As a Senior Designer in GM's Human Interface Design organization, you'll lead mobile design for GM Commercial Fleet while contributing across the broader product experience. Deep mobile product experience is required, but this is not an exclusively mobile role. You'll own experiences across mobile web, iOS, Android, and tablets, while also integrating new capabilities into desktop web products. You'll take products from 0-to-1 through launch and create scalable patterns across platforms.
You'll shape future product vision, challenge existing solutions, and simplify complex fleet workflows for managers and drivers. Working with product, engineering, research, business, and leadership partners, you'll turn customer needs and technical possibilities into clear, measurable experiences across mobile and desktop. You'll also be comfortable incorporating feedback from diverse stakeholders while maintaining a strong design point of view.
