Own and execute demand strategy for a program area: build integrated multi-channel programs, run experiments, optimize campaigns, manage budgets and vendors, align cross-functional teams, and report on pipeline and revenue impact.
Daxko builds the software that powers fitness, wellness, and community organizations—everything from member management and payments to digital engagement and analytics. From small studios to the largest associations, we help thousands of fitness businesses streamline operations, enhance member experiences, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
The Senior Demand Marketing Manager role owns demand strategy for a defined program area or funnel stage. You'll translate GTM goals into integrated program plans, lead structured experimentation, and drive measurable pipeline impact across your markets. It's a high-ownership position for someone equally comfortable in the data and in the planning room.
What you'll do
- Define and execute demand strategy for your program area, including audience segmentation, program design, and investment approach
- Build integrated, multi-channel program plans that align sales, lifecycle, content, and product marketing around shared pipeline goals
- Own program performance end-to-end — from planning and execution through optimization and reporting — with clear accountability for pipeline and revenue contribution
- Lead structured experimentation across audience, message, and channel, including hypothesis development, test design, and analysis
- Use data and AI-driven insights to forecast performance, identify funnel inefficiencies, and prioritize high-impact opportunities
- Manage program budgets and vendor relationships; build investment cases and optimize spend
- Build repeatable, scalable workflows for planning, reporting, and campaign execution
What you'll bring
- 7+ years in B2B marketing, with 3+ years in a demand generation role where you owned pipeline-level performance
- Deep experience across multiple demand channels (email, paid media, SEO, social, events), including ABM
- Strong analytical skills — you're comfortable synthesizing multiple data sources, identifying root causes, and making decisions without perfect information
- Proven ability to design and run experimentation frameworks
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot), and analytics tools
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; you can drive alignment without direct authority
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally 10 years or more
- Background in or familiarity with the fitness or wellness industry
- Experience building cross-functional campaign programs with measurable pipeline outcomes
