GHX Marketing is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth. This role requires a digital-first B2B marketer with strong project management skills, a deep understanding of the customer journey, and expertise in using modern marketing tools to deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital (LinkedIn, Google, YouTube), email, paid media, social, events, ABM, and content syndication to generate qualified pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain campaign playbooks and templates to standardize, scale, and optimize demand generation efforts.
  • Collaborate with Content Marketing to define campaign content needs and align on distribution and measurement strategies across owned and paid channels
  • Partner with Product Marketing teams to align on audience, messaging, targeting, and touchpoints across the buyer journey.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings and ensure seamless project management using tools like Asana to manage timelines, budgets, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Use ABM platforms (like Demandbase) to deliver personalized outreach to high-value accounts and segment-specific strategies.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Enablement team to track and analyze key campaign metrics (CTR, conversions, pipeline influence) and deliver actionable insights.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data, identifying what’s working, what’s underperforming, and how to improve results month over month.
  • Drive monthly reporting and performance reviews to inform future strategies and campaign adjustments.
  • Strong ability to translate complex campaign data into understandable, persuasive stories for internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Apply expertise with marketing automation platforms (like Marketo) to build, launch, and track campaigns effectively.
  • Leverage a strong understanding of the customer journey and buyer behavior to inform channel strategy, content needs, and conversion tactics.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally in SaaS
  • Strong hands-on experience with Marketo or Pardot, ABM platforms (Demandbase), and paid digital tools (LinkedIn, Google, YouTube).
  • Deep understanding of the customer journey and how to align campaigns to different buyer stages and personas.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Solid understanding of content syndication and how to leverage third-party channels for lead generation.

Estimated Salary: $98,000 - $130,500

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX’s total compensation package for employees.
