Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist to own the end-to-end evaluation of our 3D foundation models while driving the experimentation and analytics that fuel product growth. Your analyses will have a high impact and drive key decisions in product, marketing and data infrastructure. You will collaborate regularly with data, researchers, engineers, product and marketing teams to ensure model release meets our quality bar and product/marketing decisions backed by trusted data.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Gathering & Organization
  • Build and maintain scalable ELT pipelines; own analytics schemas and dimensional models.
  • Implement data validations, dictionaries, lineage, and quality monitors to uphold a single source of truth.
Model Evaluation & Growth Analytics
  • Architect and implement offline and online model evaluation, such as benchmarks, A/B tests, human-in-the-loop studies, to measure quality of 3D foundation models.
  • Translate analysis into data-driven model improvement plans and collaborate with the Research team on incorporating user feedback into retraining workflows.
  • Build dashboards, alerts, and analyses that visualize key metrics and explain trends.
  • Design, launch, interpret and analyze controlled experiments to test model and product changes.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in applied ML / data-science roles; experienced with ML evaluation tools and statistical methods.
  • 1+ years in designing analytics schemas and building ELT on modern data stacks (dbt, etc.).
  • 1+ years in building data visualizations and analyses using Tableau, Looker or similar tools.
  • Expert in data querying languages (e.g. SQL) and scripting languages (e.g. Python, PySpark, Java, Scala etc.).
  • Expert in statistical inference for A/B tests, growth and model analytics.
  • Demonstrated agility—quick to adapt, versatile across toolsets, and eager to learn.
  • Experience communicating ideas and analyses effectively to both technical and non-technical audience.
  • BS or MS in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience evaluating generative models (diffusion, transformers) and graphics/3-D data.
  • Background in human-in-the-loop or crowdsourced evaluation workflows.
  • Experience in the SAAS industry.
