We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist to support our Developer Programs organization. In this role, you will play a key role in experimentation, analytics, and sophisticated modeling to produce insights that drive our programs’ strategy. We need someone with a natural curiosity for data and strong problem-solving skills who can anticipate informative questions and dig into the answers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing and developing predictive and generative models that integrate with data products to uncover trends and strategic opportunities.

  • Identifying and interpreting trends in complex data sets. Applying data mining, NLP, and machine learning to real-world problems and datasets.

  • Defining and building high-quality data products and integrations.

  • Leading the process of gathering, extracting, cleaning, and formatting datasets.

  • Engaging with program leaders to deeply understand our key strategies and form data hypotheses that translate business questions into tractable analysis, evaluation metrics, or mathematical models.

What we need to see:

  • 8+ years of proven experience as a data scientist using Python packages such as Pandas, cuDF, NumPy, CuPy, Matplotlib, Plotly, Seaborn, Beautiful Soup, Scrapy, Scikit-learn, cuML

  • Practical experience in building AI/ML models, statistics, predictive modeling, time series forecasting, regression, classification, clustering, outlier analysis, hypothesis testing, etc.

  • Proven hands-on experience in data cleaning, aggregation, transformation, and extraction.

  • Demonstrated analytical abilities, supported by a track record of delivering practical and impactful solutions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with senior management, collaboration with global teams, and ability to influence decisions.

  • Solid understanding of building data visualizations and dashboards.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and lead multiple projects with minimum supervision.

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, global, matrix organization.

  • Familiar with Tableau and Salesforce CRM.

  • Experience with NVIDIA’s accelerated data science technologies such as cuDF, cuGraph, cuML, and Spark-RAPIDS.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 264,500 USD for Level 4, and 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
