The Senior Data Analyst will analyze financial data, support budgeting and forecasting, build financial dashboards, and prepare reports for the CFO.
GoMining is looking for an Executive Data Analyst to work directly with finance and executive leadership, supporting strategic decision-making through high-quality analytics, financial modeling, and data insights.
This role sits at the intersection of data, finance, and business strategy — ideal for someone who can not only analyze data but also influence key decisions at the company level.
As an Executive Data Analyst, you will partner closely with the CFO and leadership team to provide deep analytical insights, financial visibility, and decision support across products, markets, and operations
You will work with complex, transaction-heavy datasets and help translate them into clear business narratives and actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities:- Analyze financial data including revenue streams, cost structures, margins, and unit economics.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Build and maintain executive dashboards and management reports using BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
- Develop financial models for revenue forecasting, scenario planning, and profitability analysis.
- Work with transaction-heavy datasets related to payments, crypto flows, mining rewards, digital assets, and platform fees.
- Monitor and analyze key business metrics: ARPU, LTV, CAC, churn, contribution margin.
- Support P&L analysis across products, regions, and business units.
- Automate recurring financial reporting and analytical pipelines.
- Ensure data consistency across finance, product, and operational systems.
- Prepare structured presentations and analytical summaries for CFO and executive stakeholders.
- Translate complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or financial analytics.
- Strong experience working in FinTech / Financial Services / Crypto / Payments environments.
- Experience with crypto, digital assets, or Web3 products.
- Understanding of financial products: payments, lending, crypto-assets, brokerage, or similar transaction-based systems.
- Strong SQL skills and practical experience with Python (pandas, numpy, visualization libraries).
- Proficiency with BI tools: Looker Studio / Tableau / Power BI.
- Ability to work with large datasets, clean data, and identify meaningful patterns.
- Experience with customer lifecycle analytics (LTV, Churn, Retention).
- Understanding of marketing and sales performance metrics (ROI, CAC, conversion).
- Strong skills in forecasting, financial modeling, and scenario analysis.
- Ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- English B2/C1.
