Location: Remote support (CONUS) and forward engagements (OCONUS) as part of a U.S. Government team.

To support the development and implementation of a Strategic Cyber Workforce Management Strategy and a Defensive Cyber Operations Plan for Resilience and Mission Assurance.

- Pre-Engagement: Approximately 20 hours/month.
- Engagement: Approximately 80 hours/month during engagement months.
- Post-Engagement: Support as needed.

Objective:
To support the development and implementation of a Strategic Cyber Workforce Management Strategy and a Defensive Cyber Operations Plan for Resilience and Mission Assurance.
SME Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in human resource management, organizational development, organizational psychology, or business administration (with focus on HR or strategy).
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles and applications, performance management systems and operations. INDOPACOM experience is desirable
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Ability to analyze workforce needs, develop strategic workforce plans, and forecast future skill requirements;
- Experience in building and managing a cybersecurity workforce within a government or military context. (O-5/O-6 or unique E-9 experience)
- Experience in developing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing cybersecurity talent, compensation/benefits, and conducting interviews.
- 5–7 years of experience in a combination of cybersecurity and human resource roles.
- U.S. Secret Security Clearance required
