The Senior Cyber Analyst handles cybersecurity assessments for M&A, leads integration planning, coordinates cross-functional teams, and reports to stakeholders.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Execute cybersecurity assessments of M&As, including risk identification and evaluation.
- Manage end-to-end cybersecurity integration processes and activities.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional meetings, supporting customer due diligence efforts.
- Provide continuous updates and reporting to key stakeholders and senior management.
- Support the continuous improvement of integration approaches, cost models, and reporting practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
- 5 years of experience in cybersecurity M&A integration, cybersecurity project management, security risk assessment, audit, or third-party security risk management.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders across the enterprise.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CTPRP, CTPRA, ISSAP, or ISSEP.
- Additional certifications in cybersecurity, risk management, or audit practices.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity M&A integration and third-party security assessments.
- Strong project management and budgeting experience in cybersecurity or technology.
- Ability to coordinate and manage internal and external team resources effectively.
- Expertise in information security, privacy domains, and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, negotiate, and manage relationships with stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and making decisions with incomplete information.
- Ability to work independently within a geographically dispersed team.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required. A minimum of B2+ level is required.
