Job Overview
This role supports business objectives by supporting sales and client success teams by building media plans for existing and potential clients. It primarily involves collaborating with sales and client success teams to create recommendations and optimize advertising plans based on client needs. The role serves as a subject matter expert on T-Mobile Advertising digital-out-of-home (DOOH) DSP and media planning. Success is measured by the effectiveness of sales support, process improvements, and alignment with client requirements. The work directly impacts sales performance and overall revenue for our DOOH programmatic marketplace.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales and client success team in building RFPs to create comprehensive media plans for existing and potential clients.

  • Partner with the Client Success team to gather assets, set-up campaigns, and monitor campaigns for performance and delivery.

  • Pull DOOH and Mobile reporting, coordinate with internal teams to resolve reporting discrepancies and meet client needs.

  • QA creative files and digital assets for DOOH & Mobile campaigns to ensure creative files and tags meet specs.

  • Provide inventory and pricing guidance in partnership with operations and other stakeholders

  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years Sales Planning, digital agency, online advertising, or sales operations (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years Advertising tech exposure, e.g. Google Ad Manager, MediaMath, Salesforce, Sharepoint and Excel (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Communication Skills: Must be an effective written and verbal communicator to work cross functionally with internal and external teams (Required)
  • Flexible & Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work enviornment (Required)
  • Detail Oriented "Do-er": Pays attention to small things and can be counted on to deliver (Required)
  • Industry Knowledge: Detailed knowledge of the advertising industry, specifically the digital and programmatic space including digital media metrics and campaign KPIs (Required)
  • Strategic Minded/Proble Solving: Capable of analyzing resutls and providing strategic plans to drive project forward. (Preferred)

    Base Pay Range: $58,400 - $105,300

    Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
