We’re hiring a Senior Technical Customer Engineer to accelerate developer success and de-risk enterprise adoption of LangChain. As a founding member of this team, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to our users, blending deep technical expertise with a passion for education and enablement. You will be instrumental in helping developers and enterprises realize the full potential of the LangChain platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver scalable frameworks to onboard new customers, including technical tutorials, best-practice guides, reference implementations ("cookbooks")

  • Lead hands-on onboarding engagements for enterprise customers, guiding them through initial setup, connectivity, and the implementation of their first projects

  • Design and run interactive workshops, virtual training sessions, and hackathons to accelerate learning and adoption across different user personas.

  • Act as the voice of the new user, synthesizing feedback and identifying friction points to inform the product roadmap and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve the user experience.

  • Partner with Sales and Deployed Engineering to define enablement strategies for prospective customers, demonstrating the value and ease of getting started with LangChain.

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor and LangChain expert, helping customers architect robust, scalable, and effective AI applications on our platform.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Training, Developer Advocate, Customer Success Engineer, or Implementation Consultant.

  • Proven software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python and a deep, practical understanding of the modern AI/LLM stack.

  • Hands-on experience building and deploying applications using LangChain or similar LLM frameworks.

  • Demonstrated ability to create high-quality technical content, including written tutorials, documentation, and video guides.

  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, from individual developers to enterprise stakeholders.

  • A deep empathy for the developer experience and a passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others solve technical problems.

  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • (Preferred) Experience designing and delivering technical training programs, workshops, or webinars.
