About Us

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.

  • We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.

  • We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.

  • We grow together: as a team and with our customers.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.

If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Customer Content Strategist to scale how Legora's customers tell their own story — on-camera first, and in every other format after that. This role will be focused on the US market, but will contribute to a global customer storytelling program.

Our customers are among the most respected law firms in the world and most innovative in-house legal teams. When they talk about what has changed in how they practice law, it is the most persuasive thing we have. This role turns those relationships into a steady supply of customer films, case studies, testimonials and speaker moments that are genuinely good enough to want to watch, and gets them into the hands of the teams who need them.

This customer marketing role with expertise in video and written content production. You will scope and direct shoots, brief and manage editors and production partners, and get hands-on where it is faster to do it yourself. Equally, you will build the reference program underneath it: who our advocates are, what they are willing to say, and how we look after them.

You will work closely with Sales and Customer Success, Brand and Communications, and directly with clients with the care and discretion that working with a legal audience requires.

What You’ll Do
  • Customer storytelling for the US market. Own Legora's customer content pipeline for the US: which stories we tell, in what format, for which audience, and on what timeline.

  • Video production. Own customer video from concept to final cut — scoping, treatments, directing on the day, briefing editors and production partners, and reviewing to a high bar.

  • Customer relationships & advocacy. Build and maintain the reference and advocacy pool with Engagement and Sales. Know who will speak, on what, and how often, and make participating feel worth their time.

  • Case studies & written proof. Turn customer engagements into written case studies, proof points and metrics that stand up to scrutiny from a skeptical buying committee.

  • Sales enablement. Get customer content into the hands of Sales in usable shape , clipped, tagged, findable and matched to the moment in the deal where it lands hardest.

  • Events & launch moments. Capture and produce customer content around events, launches and conferences, and secure customer participation in the moments that matter.

  • Distribution. Work with Brand, Growth and International Marketing to place customer content where it will be seen, and adapted where a segment or market needs it.

  • Measurement. Define what success looks like for customer content (content creation, distribution, and optimization) and use it to shape what you make next.

  • AI-enabled workflows. Use AI to increase output without lowering the bar.

What You Bring
  • You are excellent with customers. Senior professionals trust you quickly, and you make being filmed feel easy.

  • You have excellent judgement and taste. You understand what makes a story strong, compelling, and exciting for both Legora and the customer.

  • You are organized and persistent. Customer content dies in approvals queues, and you keep things moving without becoming a nuisance.

  • You are commercially oriented. You know which stories are needed to land a deal, renewal, or expansion opportunity - and you build the program around that, not around what is easiest to capture.

  • Experience. 5+ years in customer marketing, customer content, brand video or content production, ideally in B2B, SaaS or professional services.

  • Video production. Demonstrable hands-on video experience across the full process from concept, direction, production management and post, with a reel or portfolio to show for it.

  • Customer marketing. Proven experience building a customer story, reference or advocacy program, including sourcing participants and managing them over time.

  • Enterprise and regulated clients. Experience working with senior stakeholders at large, cautious or regulated organizations, and running approvals with their comms and legal teams.

  • Written craft. Able to write a case study or narrative that stands on its own, not only to produce the film around it.

  • Cross-functional execution. Comfortable working across Customer Success, Sales, Brand and Communications, and turning their inputs into finished work.

  • AI-native. You use AI tools to speed up production and repurposing while keeping editorial and visual judgement your own.

What’s In It For You
  • Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America.

  • Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success.

  • Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
