Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior CRM Manager to join our team fully remote.

Your main tasks will be:

    • Generate hypotheses based on analytical data, customer journey maps (CJM), key business metrics, and lifecycle and loyalty metrics;
    • Create business specifications with measured potential business effects;
    • Launch experiments using classic CRM channels (email, app/web push, SMS) and on-product channels (pop-ups, banners, chats, etc.);
    • Analyze the results of the conducted experiments;
    • Taking ownership of one of the business's most valuable CRM initiatives (increasing retention of high ARPPU clients, preventing churn, etc.);
    • Proactively interact with key stakeholders, product managers, UX teams, development teams, and data analysts;
    • Initiating improvements to processes and products, launching new channels, and using unusual mechanics to achieve business goals.

    We expect from you:

    • Experienced with CRM/CDP Systems, HTML, Google Sheets / Excel, Jira / Confluence, and any BI systems;
    • Understanding the main CRM metrics: OR, CR, CTOR, retention rate, churn rate, unsubscribe rate, etc.
    • High level of knowledge and experience working with key business metrics: revenue, ARPPU, LTV, etc.
    • English level B2 or higher;
    • Russian level C1+;
    • Experience with SQL would be a plus.

    • Workplace organization. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
