  • Lead high-impact programs from concept to delivery, owning the end-to-end solution lifecycle while ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Drive enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across CRM, CPQ, and Partner Portal domains.

  • Champion scalable business process reengineering by evaluating emerging trends, assessing current-state workflows, and recommending innovative, tech-enabled solutions.

  • Lead the design and implementation of partner portals, with a focus on improving partner experience, accelerating time-to-revenue, and integrating seamlessly with internal systems.

  • Define and evangelize best-in-class business architecture for CRM, CPQ, and Partner Management ecosystems, driving consistency, maintainability, and extensibility across the application landscape.

  • Facilitate executive-level discussions, aligning business outcomes with platform capabilities and prioritizing initiatives based on ROI and business value.

  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, agile user stories with measurable success criteria; ensure continuous refinement in collaboration with product owners.

  • Evaluate and influence enterprise architecture decisions by identifying technical and functional interdependencies across platforms.

  • Define KPIs and operational metrics; ensure instrumentation, monitoring, and visibility into outcomes and system performance.

  • Proactively assess risks, identify opportunities for innovation, and ensure delivery excellence through hands-on leadership and solution design oversight.

What You Need:

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Product Ownership, or IT Strategy within a high-growth SaaS or enterprise software environment.

  • Proven experience designing and delivering Partner Portal solutions, with deep understanding of partner onboarding, enablement, and channel management processes.

  • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud), Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, and related enterprise SaaS applications.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives and complex CRM program portfolios.

  • Strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and enterprise integration patterns.

  • Exceptional analytical, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels, including C-suite stakeholders.

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset and a passion for solving challenging business problems through technology.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
