About Us
Health is the most important thing in life, and the American healthcare system is completely broken - poor outcomes, high cost, bad patient experience. We're building a new system from the ground up.

Our mission is to improve people’s health by making it easy to live a healthy lifestyle.

Nourish is the country's largest dietitian-led metabolic health clinic. We’re an AI-native digital health system matching patients with 10,000+ Registered Dietitians, physicians, medications, lab testing, and AI agents to deliver insurance-covered care across all 50 states. Founded four years ago, we've completed millions of appointments, tripled year-over-year, and partnered with health plans covering 200M+ Americans across 250+ health systems.

In 2026 we raised a $100M Series C, bringing total funding to $215M. The round was led by Menlo Ventures, with participation from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, Maverick Ventures, Y Combinator, BoxGroup, Atomico, Daybreak, and Operator Partners.

This is not a job for everyone. We hold an extremely high bar because we believe talent density is our biggest competitive advantage. We're looking for people who actively choose hard, ambiguous problems, who run toward unglamorous work, give and receive candid feedback, and bring relentless resilience without the ego. Our work is important, but we are not self-important. We do this because we’re solving one of the hardest problems in the world, and the problem matters. If that's you, we disproportionately reward it.

About the Role

Creative is the #1 input to performance marketing — and performance marketing is the engine behind Nourish's growth. As our Senior Creative Strategist, you'll own the Creative Strategy function at Nourish: setting the strategy and vision, developing our creative roadmap, collaborating with Production to execute it, and owning the learning loop that fuels the strategy.

You'll report to our Head of Growth & Marketing and fully own our creative strategy roadmap across all channels and all audiences, plus support expanding to new ones. You'll work closely with peers across Creative Production, Media Buying, Product, and more to continue to grow patient acquisition at Nourish.

This is a full-time role based out of our Flatiron office in NYC. We're looking for candidates who are local or open to relocating. We work a hybrid schedule with 3+ days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set and drive Creative Strategy: Define our creative strategy and vision for paid channels and translate it into a concrete, prioritized, hypothesis-driven strategy and roadmap.
  • Own the creative learning loop: Run a rigorous loop from creative test to insight to next steps. Build the system to identify the patterns in what is and isn't working and use the learnings to evolve our strategy and roadmap.
  • Collab with Production to execute the roadmap: Convert high-level strategy into sharp ad concepts, write briefs, and collaborate closely with our Production team (Design, Copy, Video, UGC) to produce high-quality, performant ads.
  • Expand creative strategy to new channels and audiences: Lead the insights, strategy, and roadmaps for expansion into new channels and new audiences, collaborating closely with channel managers and growth S&O.
  • Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with Media Buying, Creative Production, Product, and more teammates to grow our paid channels.
We’d love to hear from you if:
  • You have 5-7 years of experience in creative strategy and/or growth marketing, with experience managing to growth KPIs and working directly with creative production teams.
  • You have strong creative performance instincts. You don't need to be right every time, but you have intuition for what will and won't work on paid, and you understand what makes a good ad.
  • You are creatively generative. You never run out of ideas. You can deeply understand a patient’s barriers and motivations, and you’re chronically online enough to turn that into a diverse set of ad concepts.
  • You're a strong cross-functional collaborator, especially with creative teams and media buying. You are skilled at getting great output from Design and Copy partners.
  • You're fluent in performance data. You have a strong numbers sense, you're good at pattern matching across tests, and you can turn creative analysis into tactical and strategic decisions.
  • You bring roadmap rigor. You can set a medium-term creative strategy rooted in first principles and translate it into a tactical monthly roadmap, keeping a high bar across multiple parallel streams without dropping balls.
  • You thrive in high-growth, high-stakes environments where you're expected to deliver results, and you're excited to be both the strategic layer and the person still close enough to the work to catch what's off.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
