We’re looking for a hybrid creative mind — equal parts copywriter, conceptor, and on-the-ground hands on talent director & editorial oversight— who thrives in the fast-paced world of social-first content. This role calls for someone who can own creative ideas from pitch through execution, while also being the calm, confident point person on set with talent, clients, and agency partners.
If you’re socially native and comfortable directing talent to get the most engaging content out of every scene, this is the role for you. Think: part entertainment reporter, part creative director, part producer.
Responsibilities:- Concepting & Copywriting:
- Develop social-first creative concepts (copy + art direction hybrid).
- Concept with nimble real-time social production logistics in mind (e.g. limited access & same day turnaround)
- Write scripts, VO, and on-the-fly copy for short-form video and talent-led content.
- On-the-Ground Production:
- Serve as the go-to creative presence on set, guiding shoots to capture the right footage.
- Understand what can and can’t be executed on the ground, making real-time adjustments when needed.
- Travel frequently to support shoots
- Talent & Client Management:
- Brief, direct, and energize celebrity talent and creators during shoots.
- Act as the key liaison with clients and agency partners (e.g., CAA), ensuring all creative points are met.
- Editing Oversight:
- Partner with editors, ensuring content aligns with creative vision by guiding tone & pacing (no hands-on editing required).
- Strong content background, with proven experience concepting for social video.
- Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and content best practices.
- Experience facilitating talent interviews in social-first formats.
- Demonstrated success in “man on the street” or red carpet–style production environments.
- Copywriting scripts & concepts
- Skilled at managing the room: balancing client, agency, and talent needs without overstepping.
- Adaptable and easy-going under pressure.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
