While traditional artwork focuses on preparing existing designs for production, creative artwork is a blending of the design and artworking. It involves both the creation of original designs and the subsequent preparation of those designs for production. 


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We're seeking a Senior Creative Artworker with a flair for leading design projects, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring brand consistency. Your role will involve managing the balance of workloads and deadlines across various projects. You'll need advanced skills in artwork software, along with exceptional leadership, communication, and time management abilities.


HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Lead and manage design projects from conception to completion.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.
  • Oversee production processes, guaranteeing quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a learning and growth environment.
  • Encourage creative thinking and problem-solving among your team.
  • Effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects with varying scopes and scales.
  • Efficiently allocate resources to meet project deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Utilize advanced artwork software to create and refine designs.
  • Work with new or existing presentation decks to create visually appealing, persuasive, effective presentations.
  • Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in design and artwork creation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support and live Momentum’s values
  • All other duties as required

 
HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)

  • 10+ years’ experience
  • A proven track record in leading artwork projects and teams.
  • Exceptional skills in artwork software and technologies.
  • Ability to mentor and guide team members.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
  • Capability to ensure that all outputs align with the brand strategy and objectives.
  • Outstanding communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to implement solutions under pressure.

SALARY RANGE 
The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
