The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic global recruiting team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in both corporate and IT/technology recruiting to help shape the future of talent at Fragomen. You’ll partner closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to identify, attract, and secure top talent across a variety of technical, corporate, and professional functions.

This role requires a recruiter who can blend traditional recruiting excellence with a forward-thinking mindset - one who embraces digital transformation, leverages AI responsibly, and brings agility to an evolving, global environment.

This position can be based remotely on the East Coast - hours will be aligned to Eastern time zone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate and technology positions across multiple functions and levels.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to develop effective recruiting strategies that align with business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and market research.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Fragomen’s values and culture.
  • Utilize Workday and other tools to manage requisitions, candidate flow, and data-driven insights.
  • Provide market intelligence and analytics to guide hiring decisions and influence workforce planning.
  • Actively contribute to transformation projects within the TA function, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Leverage AI and digital tools responsibly to drive efficiency, consistency, and equity throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams on strategic hiring initiatives and technology adoption.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across corporate and IT/tech roles.
  • 2–3 years of prior experience in a staffing agency or search firm strongly preferred.
  • Proven success managing multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Experience supporting organizational or technology transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar applicant tracking systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Must be able to work aligned to U.S. East Coast time zone (remote flexibility).
