Senior Corporate Recruiter
We have an opportunity for a Senior Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team based in the United States, reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition. In this pivotal role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for complex, business-critical hiring, helping Infoblox attract and hire exceptional talent in a highly competitive market. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will influence hiring strategy, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and use data, market intelligence, and AI-enabled tools to drive efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes.
Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional and hard-to-fill roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, calibrate candidate profiles, and build effective recruiting strategies
- Conduct intake meetings that establish role requirements, interview plans, focus areas, and candidate evaluation criteria
- Build and execute sourcing strategies across referrals, direct outreach, talent communities, job boards, and market mapping
- Assess talent through structured recruiter screens aligned with role outcomes, job-related qualifications, and competencies
- Coach hiring teams on interview best practices, candidate experience, market dynamics, and equitable hiring decisions
- Manage candidate pipelines proactively and maintain momentum through each stage of the hiring process
- Deliver high-quality candidate slates by balancing speed, quality, and diversity of talent pipelines
- Use recruiting systems, talent insights, and reporting to track funnel health, identify bottlenecks, and improve hiring outcomes
- Leverage approved AI and automation tools responsibly to support sourcing research, screening preparation, market analysis, interview documentation, recruiting analytics, and content drafting while applying human judgment, privacy safeguards, and thorough review
Be Prepared — What You Bring
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or in-house Talent Acquisition, including experience hiring for professional and business-critical roles
- Proven success managing multiple requisitions and stakeholder groups in a fast-paced, high-growth technology or multinational environment
- Experience recruiting for corporate functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, or related teams
- Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and cross-functional leaders, with the ability to influence decisions through data and talent-market insight
- Expertise in sourcing passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referral strategies, direct outreach, and talent-market mapping
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruiting workflows, reporting tools, and talent-intelligence platforms to manage pipelines and drive execution
- Ability to assess candidates using structured, competency-based interviewing techniques and role-specific screening criteria
- Demonstrated ability to use AI and automation tools to improve recruiting efficiency, research, analytics, and content creation while maintaining quality, confidentiality, and human oversight
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities with a high degree of ownership
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

- Build credibility with hiring managers across assigned corporate functions and establish consistent recruiting rhythms
- Deliver qualified, diverse candidate pipelines for open roles and demonstrate strong execution across the full recruiting lifecycle
- Use talent-market insights, recruiting analytics, and AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency, candidate engagement, and recruiter productivity
- Identify opportunities to strengthen intake, interview, sourcing, documentation, and candidate-experience practices
One Year:
- Operate as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders across assigned functions
- Deliver measurable hiring results across complex searches and influence hiring strategy through data and market insight
- Improve recruiting processes and scalable workflows, including effective and responsible use of AI and automation
- Raise team capability through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and consistent recruiting best practices
