As our Senior GTM Legal Architect, you’ll be a strategic partner to Sales, Product, and Finance, ensuring our Go-To-Market operations are built for velocity, compliance, and long-term growth. You’ll work closely with Ridgeline’s VP of Legal and Corporate Secretary as a trusted co-pilot, driving excellence in contract lifecycle management and enabling commercial success through smart, efficient legal processes. This role offers the opportunity to use cutting-edge technologies, including AI tools like ChatGPT, to reimagine legal workflows and optimize operations at scale.
What will you do?
Design strategic legal processes and playbooks that accelerate Ridgeline’s revenue growth
Facilitate seamless collaboration between Sales and Legal through effective training, enablement, and relationship-building
Guide customer-facing teams through complex enterprise SaaS transactions with sharp negotiation and legal insight
Define and improve intake processes, escalation criteria, and operational playbooks to streamline execution and scale
Enhance and evolve contract lifecycle management systems tailored for vertical SaaS complexities
Collaborate with internal IT and external vendors on legal technology systems and integrations
Advise on a range of legal matters and functional areas, partnering with external counsel when necessary
Build and mature a strong commercial legal function, including delivering L&D resources to elevate legal team capability
Desired Skills and Experience
7+ years of in-house commercial legal experience drafting, negotiating, and closing enterprise SaaS and other technology contracts
3+ years’ experience enabling sales teams on high-complexity transactions and advising on data classification and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
Trustworthy teammate with excellent judgment and integrity
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across legal and business stakeholders
Strong tech-forward mindset; comfort with platforms like Evisort, SFDC, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Word
Generalist orientation and a growth mindset—no task is too small, and personal growth aligned with company growth motivates you

Compensation and Benefits
The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $185,000 - $242,000. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
