About this role:

This position in our In-House Agency will develop fresh, innovative, and original content copy for an iconic American brand.   This person will work closely with Account Directors, Art Directors, Writers and Designers to deliver meaningful customer experiences across digital touchpoints.  This position can sit in Minneapolis, MN or San Francisco, CA and offers a hybrid work schedule.  The Wells Fargo job profile is Senior Copywriter.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop forward-thinking creative strategies and copy that drive storytelling 

  • Ideate unique and original content copy for various marketing initiatives

  • Translate concepts, ideas, and content into compelling customer experiences

  • Work collaboratively through the ideation process leveraging research, and brand insights

  • Collaborate with peers throughout concept development, presentation, and execution

  • Ensure creative strategies and content copy align with Brand and technology standards

  • Drive creativity and innovative copy solutions while maintaining technically sound execution

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Creative Services, marketing, creative writing, communications writing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working for an advertising, branding, or marketing agency

  • Experience developing original content copy that shape customer experiences 

  • Experience collaborating and influencing Account Directors, Art Directors, Writers and Designers

  • Experience presenting creative ideas and effectively influencing decision makers

Office Locations & Pay Ranges:

  • 600 South 4th Street - Minneapolis, MN ($84,000 to $149,400)

  • 333 Market Street - San Francisco, CA ($100,800 to $179,200)

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$84,000.00 - $179,200.00
