As a Senior Copywriter II, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the strategic and executional copy direction of our marketing creative. You’ll be a key partner to marketers and brand designers on large cross-functional campaigns that drive acquisition, retention, and expansion. Your keen eye for detail and deep understanding of digital marketing and B2B copy best practices will be the foundation for crafting copy that drives consumer action.

You love data, and you know how to combine it with brand identity and voice guidelines to optimize omni-channel SaaS communications. Creative problem-solving and navigating ambiguity are strong suits, and you can build consensus on thoughtful solutions for complex creative projects. What you'll do:
- Copywriting
- Develop creative concepts and copy that drive business, build brand equity, and create meaningful connections with prospects and customers
- Leverage best practices, audience insights, and campaign performance data to refine and optimize messaging strategies
- Shape and evolve brand style and guidelines based on market trends and user insights to maintain competitive positioning
- Design Thinking
- Conceptualize campaigns and copy that embody the Articulate voice while differentiating and pushing the brand forward
- Demonstrate an understanding of our brand and products, working to create cohesive storytelling across projects
- Track B2B marketing copy trends and share learnings, best practices, and insights with team to create a culture of continual learning and collaboration
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead multiple projects at one time, acting as a go-to resource for the creative team and stakeholders
- Help streamline and innovate processes to improve cross-functional collaboration

- Proactively track and share copy plans, progress, and problems with your manager and cross-functional collaborators

What you should have:
- 8+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS writer role and/or eCommerce copywriter role
- A creative leader who inspires other writers with your work, knowledge of best practices, and strategic thinking
- Experience conceptualizing creative campaigns across design and copy
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to proactively problem-solve and foster cross-functional alignment
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, copywriting best practices, markers of success, and how creative drives business impact
- Demonstrated experience managing complex creative projects or processes
- Ability to craft copy that’s human, relatable, and converts—all while adhering to brand guidelines
- Excellent time management skills, including ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines consistently
- Exceptional proofreading and editing skills, with a deep appreciation for giving and receiving feedback
- A self-starter with a passion for research and learning
- Attention to detail and exceptional execution
- Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
