We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Advisor to support federal government clients in executing source selections and contract management activities in accordance with FAR regulations. This is a client-facing advisory role requiring deep contracting expertise and the ability to work across program and business management teams.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Advisor to support federal government clients in executing source selections and contract management activities in accordance with FAR regulations. This is a client-facing advisory role requiring deep contracting expertise and the ability to work across program and business management teams.
Responsibilities
- Support government source selections subject to FAR 9.505-4, including coordinating functional meetings, developing source selection documentation (source selection plans, acquisition strategies, non-disclosure agreements), and reviewing and drafting proposal evaluations
- Assist Government Contracting Officers and contract specialists with RFP development, technical evaluations, contract negotiation, administration, and execution
- Provide contracts guidance and technical/operational leadership to program and business management teams
- Advise all levels of management on contractual rights and obligations, risk avoidance and mitigation, and problem resolution
- Support management of existing Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts
- Ensure all activities remain within non-inherently governmental boundaries per applicable regulations
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required and Master degree (MA/MS) preferred
- Experience: 10+ years of relevant federal contracting experience
- Clearance: Active Secret clearance required
- Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulations and source selection processes
- Demonstrated experience advising senior leadership on contract strategy and risk
