Show hustle
We’re not ones to sit on our hands and wait. Instead, we anticipate opportunities, collectively roll up our sleeves and find ways to execute the exceptional.

Embrace change
From new technologies to workplace philosophies, we welcome the unexpected and constantly anticipate what’s next.

Elevate empathy
We listen before we take action. This means understanding a variety of perspectives and holding ourselves to a higher standard of accountability.

Never settle
We motivate each other to push past the easy answers and collectively arrive at bigger, more inspiring ideas.

But enough about us. Let’s talk about you.

We’re looking for a Senior Content Strategist to join our team and play a key role in delivering impactful digital experiences. In this role, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with strategists, UX designers, developers, and project managers to shape and execute content strategies that drive meaningful business outcomes. You’ll lead both ongoing retainer programs and new consulting engagements, applying a platform-agnostic approach to solve diverse business challenges.

We’re seeking someone with a strong track record in developing and executing content strategies that support objectives such as brand awareness and engagement, lead generation and conversion, customer retention and advocacy.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and articulate a clear, strategic point of view for content that aligns with brand identity, business goals, and user needs.
  • Lead content strategy deliverables from discovery through execution and subsequent optimization phases across client engagements.
  • Analyze performance data and user behavior to uncover insights that inform content decisions and optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct industry and competitive reviews to identify content gaps and strategic opportunities.
  • Perform detailed content audits and gap analyses to evaluate performance against business objectives.
  • Build and maintain content inventories to support site migration planning, information architecture design, and content governance.
  • Partner with SEO specialists to integrate search best practices into content strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Practice Lead to grow the content strategy discipline, contributing to service offerings, tools, and team development.

Who you are:

  • A strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and content that delivers measurable results.
  • Naturally curious and proactive about staying ahead of trends in content strategy, UX, and digital marketing.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast-paced project environments.
  • A strong communicator with excellent writing, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a knack for managing complex projects and deliverables.

What you bring:

  • 7–10 years of content strategy experience, ideally within an agency or consulting environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with content management systems, keyword research tools, and SEO fundamentals.
  • Willingness and ability to apply AI-driven techniques to the content strategy process to drive efficiencies.
  • Strong storytelling and content presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Advanced organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with Agile methodology is a plus.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
