About MetaCompliance

We’re a fast-growing, leading B2B cybersecurity software company on a mission to help businesses stay vigilant and secure in an increasingly complex and high-threat digital world. Backed by private equity, we’re entering an exciting phase of growth—and expanding our marketing team to match. As we scale, we’re looking for a strategic yet hands-on Senior Content Marketing Manager who can creatively tell our story, drive demand, and fuel our momentum.

About the Role

As our Senior Content Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the creation of a content strategy that supports the full buyer journey—from awareness to advocacy. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing a content roadmap that aligns with our business goals, while also rolling up your sleeves to create high-quality, impactful and engaging content that connects with both prospects and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a content strategy and editorial calendar aligned with business and marketing objectives
  • Map content to the buyer journey, supporting demand generation, product marketing, and customer success
  • Create and manage a variety of content formats: blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, email and nurture campaigns, landing pages, video scripts, and more
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, product, sales, customer success, and external partners to source and shape content
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and distribution across owned, earned, and paid channels, including customer comms and lifecycle campaigns
  • Track content performance and use insights to refine strategy and improve ROI
  • Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all content
  • Manage freelance writers or agencies as needed

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, ideally in tech or cybersecurity
  • Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies that drive pipeline and customer engagement (experience creating content for both pre- and post-sale audiences is a strong plus)
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, high-growth environment
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content analytics, and marketing automation tools
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset—you love both planning and doing
  • Experience working in PE-backed or scale-up environments is a plus

Why you will love it here!

  • 25 days annual leave, with increases at employment milestones
  • Private pension scheme with 8% company matched contributions
  • Healthcare and life cover
  • Training budget to support career growth and development
  • Flexibility - never miss a work or family event - work life balance is important here
  • Company and team get-togethers – we play as hard as we work!
  • Employee referral bonuses – help us find people as great as you are

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
