The Job
The Senior Content Marketing Manager is a professional role within the Marketing team and is responsible for content strategy, content creation and editing. The Senior Content Marketing Manager will bring insights and opinions on how content marketing at Simpro Group can engage, educate, and expand our field services audience.What You’ll Do
Content strategy: Implement comprehensive content strategies that scales with our growth and are aligned with our global targets, product releases, and ideal customer profile.
Content creation: Produce high-quality, compelling copy across various formats, including campaign assets, blogs, emails, annual reports and long form content.
Content editing: Oversee that our content - including any produced by our agencies & contractors - has a seamless flow and is structured to be clear and engaging. Ensure the content is valuable and helpful to our audience, providing them with actionable insights and information.
Collaboration: Work closely with campaigns, design, and product marketing teams, and our field facing teams to create cohesive and compelling content pieces.
Research and Interviews: Conduct thorough research to become a product & persona expert. Interview customers to gather insights and real-world experiences, ensuring content is deeply informed and resonates with our audience.
SEO content pipeline: Work closely with the SEO Strategist to prioritize SEO web page updates and manage the creation or update of copy according to SEO briefs. Manage the weekly production schedule with contractors and hand-off to the web team.
Vendor relationships: Manage relationships with external contractors and agencies including managing budgets, delivery deadlines, briefing and proofing of completed work to an acceptable standard.

What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in content strategy, writing, and editing, with preference to experience at B2B SaaS companies, particularly in field services management.
Demonstrate a clear perspective on how AI can enhance content strategy, along with an iterative mindset for testing and integrating new tools
Exceptional content strategy skills, with the ability to write / edit with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of content flow.
Proficient in SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
