The Senior Consultant supports the delivery of AI-related advisory and implementation services for CBIZ Technology clients. This role contributes subject matter expertise, analysis, and client-facing execution across engagements while helping to develop practical solutions that align with business needs and firm standards. The Senior Consultant works independently on assigned responsibilities while collaborating closely with leadership and project teams.
Essential Functions and Primary Duties
Support AI engagements through analysis, solution development, documentation, and client deliverables.
Apply area-of-expertise knowledge to help solve client challenges and support delivery quality.
Prepare written materials, presentations, and recommendations for internal and client stakeholders.
Maintain required certifications and licenses relevant to assigned area of expertise.
Use analytical skills to assess information, identify issues, and contribute to practical recommendations.
Use applicable technology proficiently to complete project work and support collaboration.
Travel as needed to support client and business requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation projects.
Knowledge of business process analysis, requirements gathering, testing, and client documentation.
Ability to develop client presentations, recommendations, and process improvement insights.
Familiarity with data analysis tools, reporting platforms, or AI-enabled business solutions.
Relevant certifications related to AI, analytics, project delivery, or change management preferred.
Experience in a consulting or professional services environment preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 3 years of relevant work experience
- Achieve professional certifications relative to area of expertise, must have and preserve required licenses
- Must possess analytical skills
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
