Primary Responsibilities
- Partner directly with client stakeholders to understand business objectives, diagnose digital experience challenges, and advise on optimization and personalization strategy.
- Analyze web analytics, conversion funnels, customer feedback, heatmaps, session recordings, and user research to identify friction and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
- Develop test hypotheses, experimentation roadmaps, audience strategies, success metrics, and measurement plans grounded in client goals.
- Personally design, code, configure, and launch A/B/n, multivariate, multi-page, and personalization experiences using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and leading optimization platforms.
- Own technical implementation and troubleshooting of client-side experiments, including targeting, audience activation, integrations, and cross-browser/device quality assurance.
- Work with client developers and cross-functional consultants to implement complex experiences across responsive websites, single-page applications, and mobile environments.
- Interpret experiment results using sound statistical principles; communicate findings, limitations, and next-step recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Translate research and test ideas into clear requirements, wireframes or mockups as needed, and practical execution plans.
- Apply audience and behavioral data, including CDP-enabled segments where available, to deliver relevant personalized experiences and measure their impact.
- Lead client working sessions, present recommendations, train client teams, and strengthen ongoing partnerships through reliable delivery and consultative guidance.
- Identify opportunities to improve experimentation processes, technical quality, program maturity, and the return on clients’ MarTech investments.
- Stay current with emerging optimization platforms, privacy requirements, AI/ML capabilities, and modern development practices; contribute to team learning and client growth.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant experience in digital experience optimization, experimentation, front-end development, or consulting, with demonstrated ownership of both strategy and execution.

- Advanced proficiency in vanilla JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, DOM manipulation, and jQuery; ability to write production-quality code independently.
- Amplitude experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with React or other single-page application frameworks strongly preferred; familiarity with server-side testing is a plus.
- Proven ability to turn customer and behavioral insights into test hypotheses, prioritization, experimentation plans, and measurable optimization outcomes.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization, audience segmentation, personalization, and A/B/n or multivariate experimentation methodologies.
- Comfort interpreting web analytics, qualitative research, and statistical test results to make sound recommendations.
- Experience with cross-device and cross-browser QA, debugging, privacy constraints, and performance considerations.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and business implications clearly to client stakeholders and collaborate with designers, analysts, and developers.
- Experience using customer data platforms for audience activation, mobile experimentation, and Adobe Target/Optimizely certifications are advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements, work independently, and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline preferred; equivalent practical experience welcomed.
To Be Successful

- Approaches ambiguous client challenges with analytical rigor, creativity, and practical problem-solving.
- Builds trusted relationships through clear communication, collaboration, accountability, and responsiveness.
- Explains complex technical and statistical concepts in accessible, business-relevant terms.
- Learns continuously, welcomes feedback, and helps teammates grow.
