Role Overview

As a Clientele Specialist at Flight Club, you will be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional customer experience while taking on advanced responsibilities within our retail environment. Your expertise in sneaker and streetwear fashion, along with strong sales skills will help elevate our store’s performance and customer engagement.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for VIP and high-value clients during in store visits
  • Greet, host, and guide clients through a seamless, personalized in-store experience
  • Model exceptional customer service by building customer relationships; make recommendations based on client needs; drive sales through suggestive selling, add-ons and ship-to-home orders
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and deepen expertise in sneaker fashion and product knowledge, sharing insights with customers and team members to elevate service and engagement.
  • Achieve individual sales goals, maximize and raise the sales bar for the team 
  • Ensure all products are displayed, functioning properly and presentable to customers by company standards
  • Build lasting relationships with customers through genuine interactions, enhancing their loyalty to Flight Club and creating memorable shopping experiences
  • Adhere to all company policies and guidelines, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in every interaction
  • Work closely with your colleagues to create a cohesive team environment. Share knowledge, support each other and ensure every customer receives exceptional service
  • Foster genuine connections with customers that differentiate the Flight Club experience, encouraging loyalty and repeat visits
  • Take on additional operational responsibilities as needed, including inventory management and merchandising support, to ensure store efficiency and presentation
  • Be flexible and ready to assist with various tasks that contribute to the store’s success

We are looking for: 

  • 2-4 years of sales experience in the retail/service industry
  • Passion and knowledge of sneakers and fashion
  • Detailed, organized and have excellent time management
  • Experienced and able to quickly adapt and react positively to business needs and changes

The Senior Clientele Specialist position is Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00am-7:00pm. This estimated schedule is a good faith estimate and is entirely subject to business needs, which may change from time to time. The hiring range for this position is below, plus benefits (401K, paid time off, dental, medical, vision, disability, life insurance options).
