Solovis is a leading portfolio management and analytics platform helping institutional investors navigate today's complex global markets with clarity and confidence. Backed by Insight Partners, we're building the next chapter of growth by investing in people and product to raise the bar on quality and client outcomes. Our team is driven by a culture of disciplined execution, humility, and curiosity where AI is at the core of how we operate, innovate, and serve clients. At Solovis, you'll join a tech-forward, growth-minded team that believes in learning fast, thinking big, and delivering meaningful impact for asset owners worldwide.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Client Success Manager to serve as trusted advisor and advocate for our highest-tier clients — driving retention and growth while ensuring their needs are met across the organization. We're most interested in candidates who bring proven account ownership and a demonstrated track record of protecting and growing revenue, ideally from a fintech or SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sustain strong revenue retention across your book of business, demonstrating effective client value orientation.
  • Drive consistent annual revenue growth for your accounts, ensuring year-over-year growth.
  • Manage and maintain high renewal rates across your book to minimize client delinquencies.
  • Successfully mitigate downsell risk, protecting annual recurring revenue (ARR).
  • Effectively transition clients from legacy contracts to standard agreements, managing billing frequencies, terms, and uplift caps.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely, successful delivery of solutions and a consistently strong client experience.
What You'll Bring

Required — Core Skills

  • A track record owning and growing client or account relationships, with demonstrated revenue retention, renewal, or growth responsibility.
  • Proficiency using data and analytics to inform decisions and shape account strategy.
  • Ability to spot risk early and get ahead of it, rather than reacting after the fact.
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and risk assessment skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong prioritization and time management across a book of accounts.

Preferred

  • Prior experience at a fintech or SaaS platform, ideally one serving institutional, financial-services, or investment clients.
  • Working knowledge of institutional investment concepts and terminology (asset allocation, private markets exposure, performance reporting, investment committee cycles).
  • Background at an OCIO, endowment/foundation investment office, pension fund, or asset management firm serving these clients.
  • Experience carrying a renewal or retention quota - or otherwise being measured on account-level revenue outcomes.

Interview Process

We want this to be a great fit for both sides. After applying, you'll be asked to complete a short set of aptitude and personality assessments before connecting with a recruiter. Everyone goes through them, from interns to our CEO. The invitation will come from a member of our recruiting team — keep an eye on your inbox and check your spam folder just in case.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
