About Kyra

Kyra is an enterprise influencer marketing platform working with brands like SharkNinja, Coach, H&M, Ray-Ban, and Converse. Our platform manages the full lifecycle β€” creator discovery, campaign management, content review, payments, analytics, and AI-powered intelligence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

πŸ’‘ The role in a nutshell

You own a portfolio of Kyra's largest enterprise accounts (multi-million-dollar brand partnerships) and you're measured on whether they grow. Retention, expansion, and Net Revenue Retention are your scoreboard.

πŸ’‘ What You'll Own

This is a commercial role, not a delivery one. You keep enterprise clients, grow them, and run delivery cleanly enough that growth is never at risk.

  • Revenue. You carry an NRR target across your book. You protect it, and you grow it.

  • The relationship. You're the trusted strategic partner to senior brand-side stakeholders, not the campaign contact.

  • The system. You're the connective tissue between Sales, Strategy, Campaigns, Paid, and Product, and you keep them aligned and operating efficiently.

  • The early warning. When something drifts (performance, scope, relationship, or margin) you see it two quarters out and fix it before it becomes a problem. No surprises. No scrambling. Just steady, commercial ownership.

  • The standard. You lead a pod of CSMs and/or Junior CSMs. Their performance and their client work is yours to elevate.

🎯 Lead the Relationship

Own client relationships across launches, seasonal campaigns, and always-on programs. Multi-thread across teams. Build trust. Have direct conversations when performance needs to improve.

πŸ“ˆ Turn Insight into Strategy

Translate data into clear, actionable plans. Present performance against KPIs (engagement, EMV, sales lift, affiliate impact) and explain what it means.
πŸ€– AI-First
You'll be expected to use AI daily to compress reporting, model renewals, prep upsells, and synthesise client data, so you can buy back time for the things that add value, like managing the relationship.

πŸ” Own Delivery End-to-End

Manage timelines, scopes, budgets, and execution across seeding, paid, and integrated campaigns. Keep work on-brand, on-time, and within margin.

πŸ“Š Protect & Grow Revenue

Manage renewal timelines. Identify upsell opportunities. Drive Net Revenue Retention. Be able to speak confidently about account growth with real numbers.

πŸ’Ύ Use Data to Improve What's Next

Forecast performance. Optimise mid-campaign. Apply learnings to the next program. Reporting informs decisions; it's not a recap.

πŸ›‘οΈ Keep the System Tight

Keep tracking clean. Watch team capacity. Fix what's inefficient. Make sure client feedback doesn't get lost.

What We're Looking For

  • We're looking for someone who has:

  • 6+ years in influencer or creator marketing, with real time on large or enterprise accounts

  • Hands-on campaign fluency, with genuine command of Meta and TikTok

  • A track record of account growth and retention you can quantify, so bring the numbers

  • You've been measured against revenue, retention, or NRR before, and you know what moved them

  • Direct people-leadership experience. You've run 1:1s, managed workload, and lifted the performance of people you're responsible for

  • AI-native. You build AI tools into your daily work for faster execution, sharper insight, and smarter workflows

  • You should be commercially sharp, operationally reliable, and able to speak confidently about the revenue impact of the accounts you've managed.

Traits That Matter

Curious. Commercially aware. Direct. Adaptable. Strong at building trust. Open to feedback. You don't avoid hard conversations. You don't wait for issues to escalate. You don't need constant direction.

What Success Looks Like

6 months in: renewals are planned early, NRR targets are on track, expansion opportunities are clearly mapped, delivery runs smoothly, and leadership trusts your forecast.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent β€” not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
