Responsibilities:

  • Provides technical consultative advice, insight, and direction to customers.

  • Assist clients with targeted claim reporting.

  • Act as liaison between Client, carrier and involved business partners.

  • Conduct and/or coordinate claim reviews as established by Service Teams and Claims.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor customized Claim Service Plans as required.

  • Provide contract interpretation and analysis as it relates to available coverages.

  • Assist with Client claim issues, concerns and problem.

  • Develop and/or facilitate customized internal/external training programs.

  • Provide technical/service training to internal and external customers.

  • Assesses and answers inquiries regarding claim adjudication.

Requirements:

  • Exercises considerable judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action and/or advice on the clients behalf.

  • Required to have the necessary insurance license(s).

  • Must possess a current Texas claims adjuster license.

  • TX P&C License is a plus!

Pay Details:

The base compensation range for this position is $78,285 - $105,915. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
