Bit Reactor is in search of a Senior Cinematic Producer to join us in exploring and expanding the Star Wars universe.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform as primary production support for the team’s efforts in the creation of in-game cinematic and voice content 
  • Work with the Narrative Director and Cinematic Lead to improve and maintain a cinematic and voice capture production roadmap. Update and adjust schedules as necessary, keeping both our internal stakeholders and external partners working and informed about deadlines and potential risks 
  • Work with Narrative Production to track and communicate progress to internal production stakeholders through Jira. Collaborate with stakeholders in creating cinematic milestone goals, and contribute to tracking velocity, dependencies and blocking tasks owned by other internal teams 
  • Represent the team as the production point of contact with all external partners involved in the cinematic, motion capture, and voice recording pipelines 
  • Communicate internally tracked status and delivery of all assets required for the internal cinematic team and outsource vendor teams 
  • This role may include the opportunity to assist in the direction of voice recording sessions 
  • This role will require full days on-site at capture and recording facilities in Los Angeles 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience as a Producer on AAA game/s through the full development cycle, from concept to ship 
  • Experience working with external IP partners 
  • Experienced knowledge of the full VO pipeline and an expectation to help organize data and content for pre and post recording 
  • Experience coordinating and communicating with VO recording and PCAP studios 
  • Knowledge / experience with Cinematic Audio pipelines and post-production 
  • Strong communications and organizational skills 
  • Growing knowledge of game development, and a strong willingness to learn 
  • Experienced knowledge of cinematic content development pipelines (modeling, animation, VFX, etc.) as well as external development / OS best practices  
  • Sense of urgency and a desire to get things done 
  • Ability to self-motivate and help motivate others 
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence 
  • Strong people skills. Empathy for others, respect for others' time 
  • Passion for video games 

For this role, Bit Reactor prefers to hire a candidate who is based within a reasonable commuting distance of Los Angeles but is open to remote options.
