The Deposco team is looking for a Senior Channel Lead to add to our growing Alliances team. As the Senior Channel Lead for Technology Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic alliances with consultants, system integrators (SIs), and technology partners to accelerate revenue growth and market expansion. This role will focus on building a comprehensive partner ecosystem that delivers integrated supply chain solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers through collaborative partnerships.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with management consultants, implementation partners, and technology vendors to create a robust partner ecosystem for supply chain solutions

  • Design and execute comprehensive partnership business plans that align partner capabilities with market opportunities and company growth objectives

  • Lead partner enablement initiatives including technical training, sales certification, solution architecture workshops, and go-to-market enablement programs

  • Drive partner pipeline development by identifying, qualifying, and managing partner-influenced revenue opportunities across the full sales cycle

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to orchestrate joint customer engagements and co-selling initiatives

  • Develop and execute co-marketing strategies including joint content creation, webinars, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives

  • Establish partner performance metrics, conduct regular business reviews, and provide executive reporting on channel program ROI and effectiveness

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience

  • 7+ years of experience in technology partner management, channel development, or business development within B2B software environments

  • Proven track record of building and scaling successful technology partnerships that drive measurable revenue growth

  • Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, or enterprise software solutions and their implementation ecosystems

  • Demonstrated experience working with consulting firms, system integrators, and technology vendors and a deep understanding of what motivates them

  • Excellent technical acumen with ability to understand solution architectures, APIs, and integration requirements and speak to them confidently

  • Outstanding project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities for C-suite and VP-level stakeholder engagement

  • Experience in contract negotiations, partnership agreements, and commercial terms structuring

  • Strong teamwork and ability to leverage the backgrounds and strengths of their peers to generate the best outcome for Deposco

PREFERRED
  • Experience with supply chain management, warehouse management systems, forecasting, or inventory optimization solutions

  • Established network within the consulting, systems integration, or supply chain technology communities

  • Prior experience at a technology vendor, consulting firm, or system integrator

  • Knowledge of partner portal platforms, CRM systems, and partner relationship management tools

  • Experience with partner certification programs and technical enablement curriculum development
