Position Summary
We're looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Senior Campaign Manager to manage our direct ad campaigns and troubleshoot technical issues. This role will involve day to day interactions with the sales and engineering teams as well as our external partners.
What You'll Do
- Handle incoming requests from Sales/Marketing teams for setting up or modifying direct ad campaigns or PMPs, in Google Ad Manager and other Ad tech systems.
- Regularly monitor data for ongoing campaigns and flag issues/anomalies with the relevant teams.
- Troubleshoot any delivery issues as they come up and route to relevant tech teams when appropriate.
- Work with the Engineering and Product teams to manage Ad Tech related projects.
- Act as a point of contact for all things Ad Ops & Ad Tech with teams throughout the company.
- Support the Commercial Operations team in improving process across the global direct ad campaign business
What You Have
- 3+ years of experience working in ad operations at a publishing organization.
- Deep understanding of the Ad Tech industry.
- Experience with and have knowledge in display & video ad technologies/concepts (i.e. VAST/VPAID tags, DCM tag sheets, Rich Media/Skin providers)
- Experience working with Google Ad Manager and major ad servers/SSPs (i.e. Xandr, Magnite, Index Exchange, OpenX, Pubmatic, TripleLift, etc).
- Experience debugging ad delivery issues on webpages (googfc is one example).
- Ability to interpret delivery patterns and KPIs (viewability, VCR, bid/error rates, etc.) to make relevant business decisions.
- Comfortable liaising directly with internal stakeholders from other teams, and external clients and publishers.

The expected salary range for this position is between $55,000 - $60,000 base +15% annual bonus. Actual pay will be determined based on skills, experience, and location.
